SECTION 508 COMPLIANCE
Years of Experience
Vistra has extensive experience with 508 compliance through our ongoing work with federal government clients to ensure all communications products and deliverables are accessible to people with physical, sensory or cognitive disabilities. This promotes equal opportunity for people with disabilities, and those without, to perceive, understand, navigate and interact successfully with materials produced.
508-Compliant Presentations
Vistra offers products with the specific performance criteria and standards as required for people who are visually impaired, have difficulty hearing, are mobility limited and/or have other functional challenges. As required, Vistra has the creative and technical capacity to ensure access for people with physical, sensory or cognitive disabilities. All written, audio and video materials produced are pursuant to Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. 794d) for 508-compliant presentations.

- Application of WCAG 2.0 Level AA U.S. Access Board standards and government and industry best practices for web-based or electronic products
- Vistra supports assistive technology where direct information retrieval or display is insufficient
